With more than 25 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and global project leadership, Kieffer brings a steady, people-first approach grounded in operational excellence and long-term thinking. He currently serves as Director of Project Management at KEENFINITY Group, where he has worked across trusted brands including RTS and Telex, helping teams scale, integrate, and deliver with precision.
Throughout his career, Kieffer has been recognized for building high-performing teams, leading complex transformations, and deploying lean, customer-centric strategies across North America and internationally. His background spans engineering, product development, quality leadership, plant management, and continuous improvement — giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on how great products, strong teams, and reliable execution come together.
